Official Statement Regarding Deceptive ASVAB Test Preparation Claims
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Beware of websites, social media profiles/posts, or individuals claiming to possess actual ASVAB test questions or guaranteeing passing scores through paid programs. These claims are false and misleading.
The ASVAB Enlistment Testing Program does NOT
- provide actual test questions to any third-party test preparation service;
- endorse any paid program claiming to guarantee passing scores;
- recommend specific commercial ASVAB prep courses or study guides; or
- authorize any entity to sell “correct answers” to the test.
Legitimate Test Preparation
Visit the official Preparing for the ASVAB page for information on test preparation. The only recommended preparation for the ASVAB is
- taking a solid core of high school and/or college courses in mathematics, English, and science;
- reviewing free ASVAB practice tests or sample questions found at https://asvabprogram.com/student and https://officialasvab.com/applicants/sample-questions; and
- using the Army’s free online courses and test-prep programs found at https://www.march2success.com.
